Log loader with ride-control system

DESCRIPTION

Large-sized log loader, adaptable to many tractors, composed by a ride control system which allows it to maintain its load in a horizontal position during the stretch, making the task easier for the operator.

The chassis and crane are made of folded sheet and cut through CNC plasma, like all the component parts of the loader.

Type "C" folding of stringers and towers gives it a solid tubular frame, making it resistant torque and the load itself, being virtually unbreakable.

It bolts and bushings are made on computerized lathes and are thermally cemented to a hardness of 55-60 Rc. which provides great durability with very low maintenance.

The pedals are designed along modern lines. It counts with a gear selector, hand and foot throttle, hydraulic levers to the right and adjustable anatomic seat, all within the operator's reach preventing unnecessary movement and distractions during the task.

Assembled under absolute precision, ensuring great durability and excellent results for the end user.

Double-acting hydraulic cylinders with Polly pack system. The major ones activate the arms of 4" while the minor ones of 3" activate the jaw or harpoon, with steel rods.

It is so versatile that it is used successfully in farms, dairy farms, feed lots, sawmills, quarries, etc.
